跨境支付团队现招聘结算专员，工作地点位于马来西亚，岗位面向菲律宾籍人士。
岗位职责分为三个层级：第一层级负责个人转账及团队管理；第二层级需具备独立处理订单能力，包括处理订单截止前5天的紧急订单；第三层级要求具备美国及加拿大市场实际结算经验。
薪资结构包含底薪与佣金：第一层级底薪1800+200，佣金3%；第二层级底薪2100+200，佣金5%；第三层级底薪2400+200，佣金4%。公司提供高额佣金激励。
应聘要求：至少6个月BPO行业经验，高中学历（大学毕业生优先），具备良好的沟通能力，能够接受驻场办公及轮班制工作。
