岗位提供阶梯式销售提成，提成基于实际收到的美元支付金额计算。员工个人月度业绩提成标准如下：业绩在0至19999美元之间提成2%；20000至49999美元提成3%；50000至79999美元提成4%；80000至149999美元提成5%；150000至199999美元提成6%；200000美元及以上提成7%。
团队主管提成标准根据团队成员平均月度业绩计算：平均业绩在1至9999美元提成2%；10000至29999美元提成3%；30000美元及以上提成4%。
