职位描述
TECNO MOBILE现急招金融执行官（Fintech Executive / Senior Fintech Executive），工作地点位于金边俄罗斯市场（Toul Tompung）。
岗位职责包括：
负责设备锁定策略与合作伙伴关系，通过与银行及非银行金融机构（NBFCs）建立合作，制定市场进入计划，并达成月度激活目标。
推动传音自有锁定软件的普及，重点覆盖缺乏金融机构服务的市场。
与TECNO、Infinix及Itel品牌业务负责人协作，通过金融策略提升各品牌的手机分期销售占比。
管理内部团队及外部金融合作伙伴关系，确保各方目标一致并有效执行。

具备相关行业经验，能够胜任上述金融策略执行及合作伙伴管理工作。

*Key Responsibilities
•Device Locking Strategy & Partnerships - Drive key strategies for device locking, including securing partnerships with banks and NBFCs, defining route-to-market plans, and achieving monthly activation targets.
•In-House Locking Software Expansion - Grow the adoption of Transsion’s proprietary locking software, particularly in underserved markets where NBFCs are absent.
•Cross-Brand Collaboration - Partner closely with business leads across TECNO, Infinix, and Itel to ensure fintech strategies directly boost the percentage of installment sales for each brand unit.
•Stakeholder Management - Manage relationships with internal teams and external financial partners, ensuring alignment and execution of shared goals.
