布拉索昆出席团结大厦建设表彰仪式，对参与项目建设的团队表示高

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧត្តមប្រឹក្សាផ្ទាល់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការទទួលបន្ទុកដឹកនាំការសាងសង់វិមានសាមគ្គីភាព បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបំពាក់គ្រឿងឥស្សរិយយសជូនក្រុមការងារសាងសង់វិមានសាមគ្គីភាព។ ក្នុងសុន្ទរកថា ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់បំផុតចំពោះកម្លាំងសាមគ្គីភាព និងការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មរបស់ក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធ ព្រមទាំងការដឹកនាំយ៉ាងសកម្មដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឡាយ សំកុល អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានព្រឹទ្ធសភា ដែលបានបំពេញតួនាទីជាសេនាធិការ ប្រកបដោយទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់។ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន និងអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដែលបានផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រ កិច្ចសហការ និងជួយសម្របសម្រួលគ្រប់មធ្យោបាយដល់ដំណើរការសាងសង់វិមានសាមគ្គីភាព ព្រមទាំងសប្បុរសជនដែលបានចូលរួមផ្តល់វិភាគទានដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត និងដោយសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លា រួមចំណែកធ្វើឱ្យវិមានដ៏ពិសិដ្ឋនេះលេចជារូបរាងឡើង និងក្លាយជាមរតកដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់ជាតិ និងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាតទៅអនាគត។ On the morning of 7 September 2026, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, High Privy Councilor of His Majesty the King, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Chairman of the Commission for the Construction of the New Senate Building, presided over the Decoration Ceremony for the Solidarity Palace construction team. In his remarks, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his highest appreciation for the spirit of solidarity and active participation of the various teams involved in the construction and highlighted the active leadership of His Excellency LAY Samkol, Secretary-General of the Senate Secretariat, who effectively fulfilled his role as a key supporting entity with a high sense of responsibility. His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister also expressed his profound gratitude to all relevant ministries, institutions and entities for their support, cooperation and assistance in facilitating the construction of the Solidarity Palace. He further extended his deep appreciation to all benefactors who voluntarily and generously contributed to the project, helping bring this sacred edifice to fruition and establish it as a valuable legacy for the nation and the Cambodian people for generations to come.
