信贷主管（韩国劳工贷款方向）
薪资：800-1000美元/月
岗位要求：
1. 金融、银行、会计、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 具备3-5年信贷或贷款行业工作经验。
3. 熟悉韩国劳工贷款、外籍劳工贷款或海外劳工贷款者优先。
4. 熟悉信贷评估、客户核实及贷款文档处理。
5. 了解韩国就业许可制度（EPS）者优先。
6. 具备较强的分析、沟通及谈判能力，熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。
销售效能（SFE）主管
薪资：面议（医疗行业）
岗位要求：
1. 具备商业、医药或分析相关背景。
2. 拥有3-5年以上销售运营（经理级别）、SFE、CRM或分析工作经验。
3. 熟练掌握Excel、BI及CRM工具。
4. 注重流程与细节，具备较强的执行力与沟通能力。
创业创新专员（EIS）
薪资：面议（政府与私营部门混合项目）
岗位要求：
1. 工商管理、创业、创新或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 至少3年项目规划、项目管理、预算编制及利益相关者管理经验。
3. 具备柬埔寨中小企业及初创生态系统基础知识。
4. 熟练使用企业管理与监控系统。
5. 具备私营部门发展、企业制定、中小企业/初创企业发展或市场体系发展背景者优先。
6. 具备良好的组织能力、沟通能力、分析能力及创造性解决问题的能力。
7. 能在压力下高效工作，精通高棉语与英语。

🏷 Credit Supervisor (Korea Worker Loan)
Budget range :$800-$1000- MFI industry
- Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance , Banking , Accounting , Business Administration or related fields
• Minimums 3-5 years if experience in credit /Loan
• Experience in Korea Worker Loan , Migrant Worker loan or Overseas Worker loan is highly preferred
• Good Knowledge of credit assessment ,customer verification and loan Documentation
• Knowledge of the Korean Employment Permit system (EPS) is an advantage
• Strong Analytical , Communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
🏷SFE(Sales Force Effectiveness) Supervisor
Budget range : Negotiate , Medical industry
- Requirements:
• Business / Pharma / Analytics background
• 3–5+ years in Sales Operations (manager level) / SFE / CRM / Analytics

🏷EIS ( Entrepreneurship Innovation Specialist)
Budget range : Negotiate , Hybrid Government/Private
- Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration . Entrepreneurship , Innovation, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning , Project management , budget planning and stakeholder management
• Fundamental Knowledge of Cambodian SME and Startup ecosystem
• Proficiency in using enterprise management and monitoring systems
• Background in private sector development , enterprise formulation , SME/Startup development, and/or market system development is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently deliver results
