现招聘电话销售专员，工作性质为100%居家办公，面向印度、巴基斯坦及孟加拉国市场。公司提供CRM系统、拨号软件、VPN及相关工具。
薪资待遇如下：
印度市场：底薪32,000卢比，全勤奖3,000卢比。工作时间为印度标准时间10:00至22:00。
巴基斯坦及孟加拉国市场：底薪250美元，全勤奖25美元。巴基斯坦工作时间为09:30至21:30，孟加拉国工作时间为10:30至22:30。
以上岗位均包含1小时休息时间，每月享有2天带薪休假。
提成与考核：
月度目标为8名合格玩家。超出目标部分，印度市场每名奖励4,000卢比，巴基斯坦及孟加拉国市场每名奖励30美元。若未达标，将根据缺口扣除相应薪资，印度市场最高扣除16,000卢比，巴基斯坦及孟加拉国市场最高扣除120美元。即便未达标，扣除后仍会发放剩余底薪。若未满一个月离职或被辞退，薪资将按合格玩家业绩结算，而非发放底薪。
岗位职责：
每日完成50通有效电话，每通电话时长至少1分钟，并严格执行沟通话术。
应聘要求：
年龄20至35岁，男女不限。具备基础英语及当地语言能力，有电话销售或呼叫中心经验者优先。需具备良好的沟通与说服能力，能够适应长工时及轮班制，工作目标明确且自律。
设备要求：
必须自备Windows电脑、带清晰麦克风的耳机、智能手机及高速稳定的互联网连接。建议配备电力备份，并确保工作环境安静专业。若无法提供上述设备，请勿申请。

📌 DEDUCTION POLICY
Below monthly target = deduction per missing qualified player.
🇮🇳 Maximum deduction: ₹16,000
🇵🇰🇧🇩 Maximum deduction: 120 USDT
✅ SALARY PROTECTION:
Even if you do not achieve the target, your remaining fixed salary will still be paid after applicable deductions.
🔥 No deduction beyond the maximum limit.
⚠️ Early Leaving: Employees who resign or are terminated before completing a full month are paid according to qualified-player performance instead of the monthly basic salary.
