菲律宾马尼拉现急招客服专员，岗位要求候选人目前居住在菲律宾。
薪资结构分为三类：
LINE 1：客服（CS）底薪1200美元，每单提成0.8%；AFD底薪1200美元，每单提成1.2%。
LINE 2：主管（Officer）底薪1700美元，每单提成2%；队长（Captain）底薪1700美元，每单提成3%。
LINE 3：底薪1500美元，每单提成4%。
以上岗位均设有300美元全勤奖，需保持全勤方可获得。薪资于次月15日发放。
工作时间为晚10点至次日早10点，每日实际工作时长8小时，包含培训及复盘时间。每周六休息，周日仅需参加会议。公司保留调整工作时间的权利。

💰 ATTRACTIVE SALARY + COMMISSION + ATTENDANCE BONUS!
🔹 LINE 1
- Customer Service (CS): $1,200 + 0.8% commission per order
- AFD: $1,200 + 1.2% commission per order
- 🎯 Attendance Bonus: $300
🔹 LINE 2
- Officer: $1,700 + 2% commission per order
- Captain: $1,700 + 3% commission per order

- Salary: $1,500 + 4% commission per order

🕙 WORK SCHEDULE
- Working hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
- Actual working time: 8 hours per day, including training and review sessions
- 📅 Day off: Saturday
- 🤝 Sunday: Meeting only
💵 Salary Payment: On the 15th of the following month
