(មីនស្កិ៍, បេឡារុស)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៣០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកជំទាវ តឹករ៉េត កំរង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង ឯកឧត្តម Leonid RYZHKOVSKY អនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទី១ នៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្មនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋបេឡារុស បានអញ្ជើញជាសហប្រធានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៥ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការចម្រុះស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋបេឡារុស ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាន់ខ្ពស់ និងតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃភាគីទាំងពីរ ប្រមាណ ២៥ រូប។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងដើម្បីតាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគីក្នុងវិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ក្នុងការស្វែងរកកាលានុវត្តភាពសម្រាប់ពង្រីកវិស័យថ្មីៗនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការតាមវិស័យ។ ជាលទ្ធផល ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាលម្អិតអំពីវិស័យនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការចំនួន ៩ រួមមាន៖ (១) ឧស្សាហកម្ម (២) ការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ផលិតផលកសិកម្ម និងចំណីអាហារ (៣) ឱសថសាស្ត្រ និងការផ្គត់ផ្គង់គ្រឿងបរិក្ខារវេជ្ជសាស្ត្រ (៤) អាកាសចរណ៍ស៊ីវិល និងការអភិវឌ្ឍការតភ្ជាប់តាមផ្លូវអាកាស (៥) ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ (៦) វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា (៧) ទេសចរណ៍ អប់រំ និងវប្បធម៌ (៨) ពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគី និង (៩) ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ធុរកិច្ច និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនកិច្ចរវាងសហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ចនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការជំរុញការអនុវត្តការងារក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌនេះ ឱ្យប្រែក្លាយទៅជាលទ្ធផលជាក់ស្តែង ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ --- Her Excellency TEKRETH Kamrang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, led the Cambodian delegation to attend the 5th meeting of the Joint Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Belarus ... (Minsk, Republic of Belarus): On the morning of Wednesday, 30 September 2026, Her Excellency TEKRETH Kamrang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, and His Excellency Leonid RYZHKOVSKY, First Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus, co-chaired the 5th meeting of the Joint Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation (JCTEC) between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Belarus, with the participation of approximately 25 senior officials and representatives of relevant ministries and institutions from both sides. The meeting was organized to monitor progress in implementing the bilateral trade and economic cooperation framework, as well as to discuss and exchange views on identifying new opportunities for expanding sectoral cooperation. As a result, both sides held in-depth discussions on nine areas of cooperation, including: (1) industry; (2) the supply of agricultural and food products; (3) pharmaceuticals and the supply of medical equipment; (4) civil aviation and the development of air connectivity; (5) finance and banking; (6) science and technology; (7) tourism, education and culture; (8) bilateral trade; and (9) business events and the exchange of visits between the business communities of the two countries.
