岗位职责与要求：
1. 学历要求：持有会计、金融、审计或相关领域的学士学位。
2. 资质要求：优先考虑持有CPA、ACCA、CIA或同等专业认证的候选人。
3. 工作经验：需具备8至10年审计、会计或财务领域工作经验，其中至少3至5年担任管理或高级领导职务。
