📌Dear all applicants, 📩We are looking for qualified candidates for positions below: 🏷 Tax Supervisor Budget range : $600-$700 (Open for negotiate) , firm industry - Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree: Accounting, Finance, or Law. • Professional Certification: Highly preferred (e.g., CPA, or a local Tax Agent License). • Industry Background: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in tax, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role within a Tax Agent firm or a "Big 4" accounting firm. • Technical Depth: Proven experience handling diverse industries • Expert knowledge of local tax law • Proficiency in professional tax software (e.g., E-Filling, TOI E-Filling) and ERP systems (SAP, or QuickBooks). • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex modeling). 🏷 Project Manager Budget range : Negotiate , Real estate industry - Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in residential sales and leasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and at least 3 years in a senior management or director-level role. • Good communication skill as you will deal with a wide variety of different people on the job. High level of professionalism, integrity, business ethics, and sound judgment. • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead managers, develop high performing teams, and build a culture of accountability and excellence. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
