商务部参与中小企业融资研讨会 探讨证券市场机遇

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅអគារអាជ្ញាធរសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុមិនមែនធនាគារ លោកជំទាវ តាន់ ទេពីកណ្ណិកា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា ស្តីពី «ទស្សនវិស័យនៃការជំរុញ និងគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមនៅកម្ពុជា» ក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ការគាំទ្រការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម (SMEs)៖ កាលានុវត្តភាព បទពិសោធ និងការត្រៀមខ្លួន ដើម្បីទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានតាមរយៈទីផ្សារមូលបត្រ» ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ូ សុជាតិ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយក នៃនិយតករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ រៀបចំឡើងដោយមានការចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនពីតំណាង និយតករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជា ក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា និងសមាគមសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងកម្ពុជា ក្នុងគោលបំណងចែករំលែកបទពិសោធអំពីអត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃការទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានតាមរយៈទីផ្សារមូលបត្រ ការត្រៀមលក្ខណៈ និងការរៀបចំខ្លួនរបស់ SMEs ដើម្បីអាចទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានរយៈពេលវែងពីទីផ្សារមូលបត្រ សម្រាប់យកទៅពង្រីកអាជីវកម្មរបស់ខ្លួន លើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព អភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ និងនិរន្តរភាពអាជីវកម្ម។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មបានធ្វើសាមញ្ញកម្មនីតិវិធីចុះបញ្ជី និងការដាក់ឯកសារ ពន្លឿនដំណើរការត្រួតពិនិត្យផ្ទៃក្នុង ជំរុញឌីជីថលនីយកម្ម និងការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធស្វ័យប្រវត្តិកម្ម ដើម្បីពន្លឿនការងារ ព្រមទាំងរក្សាបាននូវប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ --- (Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Friday, 4 September 2026, at the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority building, Her Excellency TAN Tepikanika, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, participated as a panelist in a panel discussion on "Vision for Enhancing and Supporting the Development of SMEs in Cambodia" during the seminar on "Supporting the Development of SMEs: Opportunities, Experiences, and Readiness for Financing through the Securities Market" under the presidency of His Excellency Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia. The seminar was organized with the participation of panelists representing the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia, the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation, the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia. The event aimed to share experiences regarding the benefits of obtaining financing through the securities market, as well as the preparations and readiness required for SMEs to access long-term financing from the securities market to expand their businesses, enhance transparency, and foster good governance and business sustainability.
