2026年9月23日，柬埔寨打击网络诈骗委员会在副检察官的带领下，对波贝市一处涉嫌从事网络诈骗的窝点展开突击搜查行动。
此次行动中，执法人员共拘留了近100名泰籍人员。此外，一名波贝市副警察局长也被警方拘留。据调查，该副警察局长将名下建筑出租给诈骗团伙使用，该建筑正是此次被查处的诈骗窝点。
