2026年10月1日下午，柬埔寨外交与国际合作部国务秘书农萨卡（Nong Sakal）在外交部会见了比利时驻柬埔寨大使馆副团长克里斯托弗·卡登·德·利希特布尔（Christophe Cardon de Lichtbuer）。
双方就加强柬埔寨与比利时之间的双边关系与合作进行了交流，并讨论了比利时代表团参加第20届法语国家峰会的相关筹备工作。

On the afternoon of 1 October 2026, His Excellency NONG Sakal, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with Mr. Christophe CARDON de LICHTBUER, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Belgium Embassy to kingdom of Cambodia, at the Ministry.
Both sides had a cordial exchange of views on ways to further strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation between Cambodia and Belgium, as well as preparations for Belgian delegation participation in the 20th Francophonie Summit.
His Excellency the Under Secretary of State also briefed Mr. Christophe Cardon de Lichtbuer on recent developments concerning the Cambodia–Thailand border situation and reaffirmed Cambodia’s commitment to resolving the border dispute through peaceful means, in accordance with international law and existing agreements.
