柬埔寨商务部举办国家竞争政策研讨会 完善市场法规

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម សហការជាមួយធនាគារពិភពលោក (World Bank) ក្រោមគម្រោងជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យឯកជន (Private Sector Development Technical Assistance Project) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «មូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃការតាក់តែងគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង» ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម បួន សារៈមុនី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាអនុប្រធានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រកួតប្រជែងកម្ពុជា «គ.ប.ក.»។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅសណ្ឋាគាររ៉ាហ្វលឡឺរ៉ូយ៉ាល់ ក្នុងគោលបំណងប្រមូលធាតុចូល និងយោបល់ពីក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងអ្នកជំនាញ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ដំណើរការរៀបចំ និងតាក់តែង «គោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង» ឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ស្របតាមបរិបទសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងអាទិភាពអភិវឌ្ឍន៍របស់កម្ពុជា។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ សិក្ខាសាលាក៏មានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង និងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីជំនាញ ជាពិសេសមន្ត្រីស៊ើបអង្កេតនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ និង ការប្រកួតប្រជែង (ក.ប.ប.) ក្នុងការយល់ដឹងអំពីគោលការណ៍ ប្រព័ន្ធ និងការអនុវត្តល្អៗ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងគោលនយោបាយប្រកួតប្រជែងនៅថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។ --- (Phnom Penh): On the morning of Tuesday, 20 October 2026, the Ministry of Commerce, in collaboration with the World Bank under the Private Sector Development Technical Assistance Project, organized a workshop on the "Conceptual Foundations of a National Competition Policy for Cambodia". The workshop was presided over by His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and Permanent Vice-Chairperson of the Cambodia Competition Commission (CCC). The workshop held at Raffle Le Royal Hotel and aimed to gather inputs and recommendations from relevant ministries, institutions, and experts to support the development and drafting of a National Competition Policy that is comprehensive and aligned with Cambodia’s economic context and development priorities. The policy is intended to serve as an important strategic framework for promoting a fair, competitive, and efficient market environment that encourages investment, innovation, and sustainable economic growth.
