斯里兰卡办公室现招聘巴西籍客服人员，岗位性质为全职，工作地点位于斯里兰卡。
岗位职责与要求：
应聘者需具备相关工作经验，优先考虑有执法部门或政府相关外呼项目经验者。合同期限为1年。
薪资待遇：
一线客服月薪2000美元加3%提成；二线客服月薪2200美元加4%提成；三线客服月薪2000美元加3%提成。此外设有业绩奖金，若单日客户存款达到50000美元或以上，一线、二线及三线客服每人可额外获得200美元现金奖励。
工作时间与福利：
工作时间为下午5点至凌晨3点，每月休息4天。公司提供住宿，住宿标准为4人一间。

🚬 Salary & Commission
1st Line: $2,000 + 3% commission
2nd Line: $2,200 + 4% commission
3rd Line: $2,000 + 3% commission
🚬 Performance Bonus:
If a client deposits $50,000 or more in a single day, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line staff will each receive an additional $200 cash bonus.
🚬 Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
🚬 Days Off: 4 days per month
🚬 Accommodation: 4 people per room
🚬 Contract: 1 year
