应聘要求：
1. 国籍要求：限尼泊尔、印度或巴基斯坦籍人士。
2. 语言能力：英语及印地语流利。
3. 工作经验：具备至少6个月相关工作经验。
4. 签证要求：持有有效签证者优先，无签证者亦可申请。
薪资福利：
1. 试用期（1个月）：月薪800美元。
2. 转正后：月薪900美元，另加150美元全勤奖。若有缺勤、迟到或早退情况，全勤奖取消。
3. 绩效提成：根据个人表现提供5%至15%的提成，但存款金额低于5000美元时不计提成。
4. 发薪日期：每月15日发放工资。
