**Artist Calls for Community Center to Promote Culture SIEM REAP – Artist and creative consultant Andy Novells hopes Siem Reap has a neutral creative community center where artists can show their work, and tourists can experience contemporary art, traditional objects, temple scrolls and statues that share Cambodian folk stories. He believes art can entertain visitors while helping them better understand Cambodia’s culture and identity.
