CLA学院现招聘商务拓展经理一名，工作地点位于金边，岗位性质为全职。
岗位职责包括负责中英文企业培训产品的销售工作，进行客户拓展及关系管理，并独立管理外部自由职业者或承包商的合作关系。任职者需具备分析能力，能将市场调研结果转化为明确的业务建议，并根据项目需求支持晚间及周末的课程交付。
应聘条件如下：
1. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，专业涵盖工商管理、管理学、市场营销或相关领域。
2. 经验要求：具备B2B销售或商务拓展经验，有教育、培训或服务行业背景者优先。
3. 语言能力：英语流利，具备高棉语能力者优先，中文能力为加分项。
4. 综合素质：在金边商业圈拥有人脉资源，或具备出色的资源开拓能力。

**Business Development Manager **
**(1 Position)**
**Cambodia Language Academy (CLA)** is currently seeking qualified, professional, and highly responsible candidates to join our team.
**Key** **Requirements:**
✅ At least bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, sales/marketing or related fields
✅ Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in education, training, or a services sector
✅ Comfortable selling both English and Chinese-language corporate training products
✅ Confident managing external freelance/contractor relationships
✅ Analytical — able to turn market research into a clear recommendation
✅ Strong network or demonstrated ability to build one within the Phnom Penh business community
✅ Fluent English; Khmer strongly preferred; Chinese an advantage
✅ Available to support evening and weekend programme delivery as needed.
