**About the Role**
Samanea Group is looking for an experienced Head Chef specializing in Vietnamese cuisine to lead our kitchen team and develop authentic menus for our new modern-casual Vietnamese restaurant in Phnom Penh.
**
Key Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience, including previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in authentic Vietnamese cuisine, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Pre-opening experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Khmer or Vietnamese language skills are preferred; English proficiency is an advantage.
