**Requirement :**
- **Experience: **3–5 years of experience in NGO, Recruitment agency operations, Operation Coordinating Field are
Preferable
- **Leadership: **Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding or giving advice to team members (approx. 5–10 staff).
- **Languages: **Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
- **Technical Skills: **Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic recruitment database/CRM tools.
