2026年8月3日下午，柬埔寨外交与国际合作部在金边举办“美食外交”培训班结业仪式。此次培训由国家外交与国际关系学院组织，共有20名外交官、外交使团配偶及厨师参加。
柬埔寨外交与国际合作部国务秘书佩奇·普提萨博皮纳基（PECH Puthisathbopeaneaky）代表副总理兼外交与国际合作部部长布拉索昆（PRAK Sokhonn）出席仪式。

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកជំទាវ ពេជ្រ ពុទ្ធិសាធបូព៌ានាគី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជាគណៈអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ការទូតអាហារ» ជូនមន្ត្រីការទូត សហព័ទ្ធប្រធានបេសកកម្មការទូត និងបុគ្គលិកដំាស្ល ចំនួន២០រូប ដែលរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ។

On the afternoon of 3 August 2026, Her Excellency PECH Puthisathbopeaneaky, Secretary of State, representing **His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister** **PRAK Sokhonn**, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the Closing Ceremony for the training course on “Culinary Diplomacy” for 20 diplomats, spouses of the heads of Cambodian diplomatic missions, and cooking staffs. The course was organized by the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR).
Her Excellency the Secretary of State underscored that the course was conducted in accordance with the high instruction and the forward-looking vision of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, aiming to engage actively and effectively in implementing the Royal Government of Cambodia’s economic diplomacy strategy while also promoting Khmer identity, history, culture, and tradition to the world through cooking and showcasing Khmer cuisines. In addition, Her Excellency the Secretary of State also delivered key remarks and guidance, underscoring the essential roles and responsibilities of diplomats and the contribution of spouses of the heads of Cambodian diplomatic missions in advancing national interests and enhancing Cambodia’s standing on the international stage.
