International Hospitality Veteran Joins Cambodia Moore arrives in Phnom Penh with more than two decades of experience in luxury hospitality spanning Europe and Asia, combining commercial leadership with operational management across some of the world’s best-known premium hotel brands. Before moving into general management, he spent nearly a decade overseeing revenue strategy, sales and marketing, business development and commercial performance for luxury hotels, giving him broad experience across both operations
