ASEAN-Works Recruitment现受金边某制造业委托，招聘HR及行政经理一名。
岗位职责包括负责公司人力资源管理与行政事务，确保各项流程符合行业规范。要求应聘者具备3年以上人力资源及行政管理经验，有制造业背景者优先。需熟悉柬埔寨劳工法、GMP合规标准及相关行业监管要求。同时，应聘者需熟练操作办公软件及人力资源管理系统，具备良好的领导力、问题解决及冲突处理能力。
语言要求方面，应聘者需具备优秀的英语及高棉语沟通能力。
薪资待遇为每月1000至1500美元。工作地点位于金边，工作时间为周一至周六，每日上午7:30至下午4:30。公司提供专业职业发展平台。

Position: HR & Admin Manager
Requirement
- 3+ years of experience in HR and administration roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP, labor law, and compliance standards in a regulated industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and document control systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Khmer.
🔸Salary: $1,000-$1,500
🔸Working day: Mon-Sat
🔸Working time: 7:30am-4:30pm
