Back-office position, Customer Service
Working hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Probationary period:
USD base salary: $1,430 + full attendance bonus of $70 = $1,500 (2-month probationary period without performance evaluation).
First year:
Base salary increases by $70 per month, capped at $1,710 + full attendance bonus of $70 = $1,780
Second year:
USD base salary: $1,720 + full attendance bonus of $70 + seniority bonus of $140 = $1,930
Third year:
USD base salary: $1,720 + full attendance bonus of $70 + seniority bonus of $240 = $2,070
After becoming a regular employee:
Performance bonus: $150 per month
Company provides meals and accommodation
New employees are provided with a 4-piece set of daily necessities
Annual birthday gift of $90 (based on passport or ID card) paid after completing 3 months of service
Monthly company-organized team-building activities and dinner once a month
Company provides common medicines (for fever, colds, headaches, stomachaches, coughs, etc.) but employees must seek medical treatment at their own expense
Salaries are paid on the 15th of each month in cash or via bank transfer
Employees can take one day off per month, which will be arranged by the team leader
Employees must submit their resignation application three months in advance and require the company’s approval to leave
A security deposit of $143 is required. If the total amount reaches $1,430, it will be fully refunded upon normal termination procedures
