2026年8月21日上午，柬埔寨外交与国际合作部举行欢送会，由外交部国务秘书农萨卡代表副总理兼外交大臣巴速坤，会见即将赴海外深造的11名柬埔寨留学生。
此次选派的留学生将前往爱尔兰及韩国的大学攻读硕士学位。学生们分别通过“爱尔兰奖学金项目”（Ireland Fellows Programme）及“韩国国际协力团-翰林大学下一代奖学金”（KOICA-Hallym Next Fellowship）获得深造机会。
在会见中，农萨卡向学生传达了副总理的祝贺，并对留学生提出要求与期望。他鼓励学生在海外学习期间刻苦钻研，积极汲取先进知识与经验，同时保持团结互助。此外，他强调留学生应发挥国家代表作用，在国际舞台上维护柬埔寨的国家形象，并尽可能向世界推广柬埔寨的民族文化与发展潜力。

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម នង សាកល អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាចំនួន ១១ រូប ដែលត្រៀមចេញទៅបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ នៅតាមសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនានា នៃប្រទេសអៀរឡង់ និងសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ក្រោមកម្មវិធីអាហារូបករណ៍ Ireland Fellows Programme និង KOICA-Hallym Next Fellowship។

ឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជូនពរនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ធ្វើដំណើរទៅប្រទេសអៀរឡង់ និងសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យក្នុងការសិក្សា។
On the morning of 21 August 2026, His Excellency Nong Sakal, Undersecretary of State, representing His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a cordial meeting with 11 Cambodian students who will pursue Master’s degrees at various universities in Ireland and the Republic of Korea under the Ireland Fellows Programme and KOICA-Hallym Next Fellowship.
During the meeting, H.E. Nong Sakal conveyed the best wishes, and the warm greetings and congratulations of His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister extended to the students.
His Excellency Nong Sakal also gave some recommendations to the scholarship recipients, such as encouraging all students to study hard, absorb knowledge and good experiences from the host countries, maintain a spirit of solidarity, play a role as good representatives of Cambodia, strive to promote national image and reputation, and contribute to promoting Cambodia's national culture and potential to the world as much as possible.
His Excellency the Under Secretary of State wished them a safe journey to their destinations and success in their studies.
