商务部代表团赴华参加东盟中国文化美食论坛 推动农产品出口

(ហឺណាន, ចិន)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី១៦-១៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម លីម ឡោកពិសិដ្ឋ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធី «វេទិកាវប្បធម៌ និងម្ហូបអាហារអាស៊ាន-ចិន ឆ្នាំ២០២៦» ដែលប្រារព្ធធ្វើនៅទីក្រុងចឹងចូវ ខេត្តហឺណាន សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអាស៊ាន-ចិន តំណាងបណ្តាប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ាន ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្តហឺណាន និងធុរជនជាង ២០០នាក់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានអញ្ជើញថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាគន្លឹះចំនួន២កម្មវិធី រួមមាន៖ ពិធីសម្ពោធ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ាន-ចិន និងសន្និសីទស្តីពី កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកសិកម្ម និងកាលានុវត្តភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងបរិបទនៃការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនិន្នាការពាណិជ្ជកម្មសកល។ នៅក្នុងសុន្ទរកថា ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីចក្ខុវិស័យរួមរបស់អាស៊ាន និងចិន ក្នុងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ការអនុវត្តប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីអាស៊ាន-ចិន (ACFTA) ការចាប់យកកាលានុវត្តភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្មថ្មីៗ ការលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតផលសក្តានុពលរបស់កម្ពុជា ការពង្រឹងការតភ្ជាប់ទីផ្សារ និងការចូលរួមក្នុងខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់តំបន់ និងសកល ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងតំបន់ប្រកបដោយភាពធន់ បរិយាបន្ន និងចីរភាព។ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលបំពេញបេសកកម្មនេះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជួបពិភាក្សាទ្វេភាគីជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអាស៊ាន-ចិន ដើម្បីពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាព កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការវិនិយោគ ព្រមទាំងបានអញ្ជើញទស្សនកិច្ចក្រុមហ៊ុនមួយចំនួន ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់អំពីសក្តានុពលនៃការតភ្ជាប់ធុរកិច្ច និងឱកាសពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងកម្ពុជា និងចិន៕ --- (Henan, China): On 16-18 June 2026, His Excellency LIM Lork Piseth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led a delegation of the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the 2026 ASEAN-China Cultural and Food Festival, held in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, the People’s Republic of China. The event brought together senior officials from the ASEAN-China Centre, representatives from ASEAN Member States, leaders of Henan Province, and more than 200 business representatives and participants. On this occasion, His Excellency Secretary of State delivered two keynote addresses at: The Inauguration Ceremony of the ASEAN-China Economic Development Center; and The Conference on Agricultural Cooperation and Trade Opportunities Amid Shifting Global Trade Dynamics. In his remarks, His Excellency Secretary of State underscored the shared vision of ASEAN and China in further strengthening economic and trade cooperation, enhancing the effective implementation of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA), and leveraging emerging trade opportunities. He also highlighted Cambodia’s potential products, the importance of market connectivity, and deeper integration into regional and global supply chains, with a view to promoting resilient, inclusive, and sustainable regional economic growth. During the mission, His Excellency Secretary of State also held bilateral meetings with senior leaders of the People’s Republic of China and the ASEAN-China Centre to further strengthen friendship and cooperation in the areas of economy, trade, and investment.
