🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Application Support – Rollout
Are you good at solving problems and helping people? Join our team as an IT Application Support! You’ll help roll out IT applications, support users, and make sure everything runs smoothly across the organization.
🔸What You’ll Do:
✨ Support users with the DMS and related applications
✨ Troubleshoot access, login, and permission issues
✨ Assist with system upgrades, patches, and new feature deployment
✨ Conduct user training and create guidance materials
✨ Collect feedback and suggest improvements to workflows
✨ Travel across provinces for on-site support
🔸Salary & Benefits:
💰 Salary: $500 – $700/month
🎉 Bonus upon project completion
