此次行动的目标为位于隆边区沙卡一分区136号街的两家酒吧，分别为“Femdom Bar”和“Red Romance Bar”。这两家酒吧地理位置相邻，均靠近塔仔山附近。

Officers from the National Police's Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Department carried out the operation at around 12:30am on September 8, in the Street 130/136 nightlife block of Sangkat Phsar Kandal 1, near Wat Phnom. Both bars targeted in the raid sit on Street 136.
