岗位职责包括：
负责制定营收与销售策略，通过开发企业客户、旅行社及团体预订，提升客房、餐饮及活动业务的整体收入。

**We are hiring - Director of Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:**
- **Revenue & Sales Strategy:** Drive total hotel revenue across rooms, F&B, and events by securing key corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group bookings.
- **Marketing & Brand Management:** Direct digital marketing, social media, PR, and local advertising to enhance hotel visibility and generate direct bookings.
- **Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor the sales, catering, and reservation teams to meet targets and maintain high service standards.
- **Budget Management:** Oversee the departmental budget, control sales expenses, and ensure a strong return on marketing investments.
- **Collaboration & Yield Alignment:** Work closely with General Management & Related Management to align pricing strategies, market trends, and hotel goals.
