波贝呼叫中心现招聘客服专员，工作地点位于波贝。因目前工作尚未完全恢复，员工入职后暂时领取半薪，待工作恢复后将发放正常薪资。
岗位职责：负责呼叫中心客户服务工作。工作时间为夜班，具体时段为柬埔寨时间22:00至次日08:00。每日08:00至09:00为早餐休息时间，09:00进行例会，会后需参加一小时培训。每月休息4天，周日休息但需参加晚间培训，外出需经主管批准。
薪资福利：
一线员工：底薪1100美元+全勤奖100美元+2%提成。
二线员工：底薪1200美元+全勤奖200美元+3%提成。
三线员工：底薪1500美元+全勤奖100美元+3%提成。
公司提供食宿。
任职要求：
1. 英语流利且无口音，需具备美式英语能力。
2. 年龄要求45岁以下。
3. 性别及国籍不限。
4. 严禁任何暴力行为，需具备良好的学习态度与工作效率。
合同与假期：
合同期为一年。合同期满可享受一个月带薪假，假期结束后必须按时返岗，未经管理层批准逾期返岗者将扣除一半提成。
