ក្នុងឱកាសនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្តល់គោលការណ៍ និងអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំសំខាន់ៗមួយចំនួនដល់អនុគណៈកម្មការ និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវកិច្ចសហការសម្របសម្រួលយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ ការអនុវត្តការរៀបចំហ្មត់ចត់ និងបញ្ចប់គម្រោងនៃការរៀបចំទាំងអស់ ដែលចាំបាច់ តាមផែនការនិងកាលកំណត់ ដើម្បីដំណើរការដោយរលូន និងធានានូវភាពជោគជ័យរបស់កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូល។
Dans l’après-midi du 21 septembre 2026, Son Excellence Monsieur PRAK Sokhonn, Vice-Premier ministre, ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale et président du Comité national d’organisation du 20e Sommet de la Francophonie (CNO), a présidé la septième réunion du CNO afin d’examiner un état des lieux approfondi de l’avancement des préparatifs des différentes sous-comités des différentes instances du 20e Sommet de la Francophonie, qui se tiendra à Phnom Penh du 14 au 16 novembre 2026.
À cette occasion, Son Excellence le Vice-Premier Ministre a donné plusieurs orientations et formulé des recommandations aux sous-comités et aux entités concernées, afin de garantir une coordination étroite, une mise en œuvre rigoureuse des préparatifs et la finalisation, dans les délais impartis, de l’ensemble des dispositifs indispensables au bon déroulement et au plein succès du Sommet.
On the afternoon of 21 September 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and Chairman of the National Organizing Committee for the 20th Francophonie Summit, chaired the 7th Meeting of the National Organizing Committee to review in detail the progress of work undertaken by the respective Sub-Commission in preparation for the 20th Francophonie Summit, to be held in Phnom Penh from 14 to 16 November 2026.
On that occasion, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister provided key guidance and recommendations to the Sub-Commissions and relevant institutions to ensure close coordination and cooperation, meticulous implementation, and the timely completion of all necessary preparations in accordance with the workplan and schedule, with a view to ensuring the smooth conduct and success of the Summit.
