The Ministry of Rural Development (MRD) has rolled out the ‘Comprehensive Intervention Programme in Response to Multi-Crises’ initiated and launched by the Cambodian government earlier this month through the construction, repair, and maintenance of approximately 4,000 kilometres of rural infrastructure, utilising local labour for about 70 percent of the work.
