东帝汶项目组现面向全球（包括巴基斯坦、印度、印尼、越南、孟加拉国、菲律宾等国籍人士及目前身在柬埔寨的人员）招聘英语客服。
岗位职责为流量获取与客户开发。应聘者需具备60%以上的英语水平，打字速度达到每分钟30字以上，有相关工作经验者优先。申请时需提交打字测试视频、自我介绍视频及护照扫描件。
工作时间安排在夜间时段，具体为22:00至次日02:00、02:30至07:30以及08:00至10:00。
薪资待遇方面，底薪为每月700美元，另设100美元全勤奖，提成比例为3%至8%。公司提供定期聚餐与团建活动。休假制度包括每周半天休息及每月一天例假。合同期满一年后，公司将报销回国机票，并提供15天带薪年假。工作地点位于东帝汶。

Traffic generation and customer acquisition

10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
2:30 AM – 7:30 AM

Benefits:

Basic Salary: USD 700
Full Attendance Bonus: 100 USD
Commission Structure: 3% to 8%
