Excel, Power point, Internet Email. • English: Good at speaking, listening, writing 🏷 Plant manager Budget range : $3000 - $5000 , Automative industry - Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 8+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of managing plant operations and achieving performance targets. • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software. • Experience with ICE vehicle assembly & electric vehicle (EV) production or advanced automotive technologies. • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and other industry standards. • Multilingual capabilities (especially if managing international teams or suppliers).
