现面向孟加拉、巴基斯坦、老挝及柬埔寨招聘网络推广人员。欢迎居住在上述国家的求职者加入，公司可为巴基斯坦及柬埔寨籍候选人提供机票与签证支持。
薪资结构分为实习员工、正式员工及团队主管三个层级。实习员工月薪600美元（底薪500美元加全勤奖100美元），要求月业绩低于3000美元；正式员工月薪800美元（底薪700美元加全勤奖100美元），要求月业绩达到3000美元以上；团队主管月薪1200美元（底薪1000美元加全勤奖200美元），需带领团队达成月均5000美元以上业绩。
业绩提成按月结算，比例根据业绩区间设定：3000至6000美元提成3%，6001至10000美元提成4%，10001至30000美元提成5%，30001至50000美元提成6%，50001至100000美元提成7%，100001至300000美元提成10%。
每日业绩奖励按日发放，业绩达500美元奖励5美元，1000美元奖励10美元，1500美元奖励15美元，2000美元奖励20美元，2500美元奖励25美元，3000美元奖励30美元，上不封顶。此外，针对月业绩超过30000美元的员工设有排名奖励，前三名分别可获得600美元、400美元及200美元奖金。
