现招聘前端开发及后端开发人员，工作地点为远程，面向马来西亚及印度尼西亚候选人。薪资范围为每月1000美元至2000美元，具体薪资根据个人经验及面试表现商定。
前端开发岗位要求具备3至5年以上专业经验，精通HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+）及TypeScript。需熟练使用React.js、Vue.js或Angular框架，具备REST API或GraphQL集成经验，熟悉Git、Vite、Webpack工具，并掌握响应式设计与性能优化。具备Next.js或Nuxt.js经验者优先。
后端开发岗位要求具备相关专业开发经验，精通Java、C#、Node.js、Python、PHP或Go语言。需熟练使用Spring Boot、.NET Core、NestJS、Express、Laravel、Django或FastAPI等框架。要求掌握MySQL、PostgreSQL、SQL Server、MongoDB、Redis数据库，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes、AWS、Azure或Google Cloud云服务，并具备CI/CD、安全实践及性能优化能力。
岗位实行100%居家办公，无需到岗。工作时间为每天10小时，每月休息6天。福利待遇包括转正后薪资上调、月度KPI激励、24天年假及7天病假。有意者请提交个人简历，通过筛选的候选人将受邀参加面试。
