នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ៣កើត ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានការអនុញ្ញាត​ដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពី **ឯកឧត្តម ប៊ូ ថារិន**​ អគ្គនាយកនៃនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម, លោកស្រី **អេង រ័ត្នឆដា,** អនុប្រធានការិយាល័យស្តង់ដាគណនេយ្យសាធារណៈ អមដោយ មន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃនាយកដ្ឋានបច្ចេកទេស បានចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាបណ្តុះបណ្ដាលស្តីអំពី «ប្រព័ន្ធគណនេយ្យសាធារណៈមូលដ្ឋានបង្គរ» ជាមួយប្រតិភូនៃមូលនិធិរូបិយវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិ **(IMF)** ដឹកនាំដោយ**លោកស្រី Sha Wen** ទីប្រឹក្សារតនាគារប្រចាំតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍នៃមូលនិធិរូបិយវត្ថុអន្តរជាតិ និង**លោកបណ្ឌិត Frans Van Schaik** អ្នកជំនាញការ IMF ក្រោមការដឹកនាំដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ **ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត វង្ស ប៊ុនឥន្ទ្រាវុធ** ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកនៃ អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានរតនាគារជាតិ អមដោយ **ឯកឧត្តម ម៉ិញ បានសុវណ្ណអាទិច្ចាសីលា** អគ្គនាយករងនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានរតនាគារជាតិ។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចំនួន ២ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៤-១៥​ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្នុងគោលបំណងជួយពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹង​ និងជំរុញអនុលោមភាពក្នុង ការអនុវត្តស្តង់ដាគណនេយ្យសាធារណៈកម្ពុជា និងការរៀបចំរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឱ្យស្របតាមស្តង់ដាគណនេយ្យសាធារណៈកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាង អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានថវិកា, អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយ, អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន សហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងគ្រប់គ្រងបំណុល, អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ព័ត៌មានគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ, ធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា, អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំការងារកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រង ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ, និយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម, អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្រោមឱវាទក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងនាយកដ្ឋានជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃ អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានរតនាគារជាតិ សរុបប្រមាណ ៣០ រូប នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Raffles Le Royal Phnom Penh។ ***** On the morning of September 14, 2026, with the high permission of **H.E. Bou Tharin**, Director General of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator **(ACAR)**, Mrs. Eng Roathchhorda, Deputy Head of the Public Accounting Standards Office, accompanied by technical officer from the Technical Department, attended a training workshop on the **"Accrual-Basis Public Accounting System."** The workshop was conducted alongside a delegation from the International Monetary Fund **(IMF)** led by** Ms. Sha Wen**, IMF Regional Treasury Advisor, and **Dr. Frans Van Schaik**, an IMF IPSAS Technical Expert. It took place under the high leadership of **H.E. Dr. Vong Bunindravuth**, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the General Department of National Treasury, who was accompanied by **H.E. Ming Bansovannathichasila**, Deputy Director General of the GDNT. This workshop takes place over two days, from September 14 to 15, 2026. Its primary objective is to strengthen understanding and promote compliance in implementing the Cambodian Public Sector Accounting Standards (CPSAS) and preparing financial reports in accordance with these standards.
