📌Key Responsibilities
**🔹TVET Job Matching Feature (Java)**: Design, develop, and integrate a dedicated student job-matching module within the CPES system to facilitate employment placement for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) graduates.
**🔹Employer Registration System (Java)**: Build, optimize, and maintain the enterprise registration portal enabling provincial Job Centers (មជ្ឈ មណ្ឌលការងារ - ម.ក) to onboard and manage employer profiles.
**🔹Career Fair Platform Maintenance (PHP) :**Maintain the national career fair web platform, deploy new functional modules,
fix bugs, and ensure smooth web traffic handling during major event cycles. Data Querying & Reporting: Formulate, execute, and fine-tune database queries (SQL) to produce operational metrics,data extracts, and custom analytical reports for internal teams and leadership.
**🔹Provincial Technical Support:** Act as the primary technical point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve CPES functional bugs, user permission issues, and operational bottlenecks encountered by provincial job
centers.
**🔹Vendor & IT Assessment Coordination:** Partner with third-party IT assessment and auditing firms on technical evaluations, system reviews, and architectural compliance across NEA digital systems.
📌Requirements
**•Technical Stack**: Practical hands-on experience in Java backend development andP HP web application development.
**•Database Expertise:** Demonstrated proficiency in relational database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing structured SQL queries.
**•Support & Communication**: Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical provincial staff and collaborate productively with external technical auditors.
**•Education & Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology with relevant practical experience in software development and application support.
