外交部会见联合国人权办新任代表 重申人权承诺

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦** ** **ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ** បានអនុញ្ញាតជូន លោកជំទាវ Matilda Bogner ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។ ​ ក្នុងឱកាសនៃជំនួប **ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី** បានសម្តែងនូវការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះលោកជំទាវ Matilda Bogner  និងអបអរសាទរចំពោះការតែងតាំង លោកជំទាវ ជាតំណាងការិយាល័យឧត្តមស្នងការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទទួលបន្ទុកសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស (OHCHR) ថ្មី ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះភាពជាដៃគូប្រកបដោយស្ថាបនា និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយូរអង្វែងរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងការិយាល័យ OHCHR ដែលឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង តាមរយៈវត្តមានរបស់ការិយាល័យនៅកម្ពុជា តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ ​ធ្វើឱ្យការិយាល័យប្រចាំប្រទេសរបស់ OHCHR មានអាយុកាលយូរបំផុតនៅលើពិភពលោក។ លោកជំទាវ Matilda Bogner បានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ជិតស្និទ្ធ និងប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កាជាមួយក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ។ លោកជំទាវក៏បានជម្រាបជូន **ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី** ពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចស្រេចក្នុងការបន្តកិច្ចសហការជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីចូលរួមកិច្ចខិតខំកសាងសមត្ថភាព​​ និងផ្តល់ជំនួយបច្ចេកទេស​ ស្របតាមតម្រូវការ​ និងអាទិភាពរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។ **ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី** បានអះអាងជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងមុតមាំរបស់កម្ពុជាចំពោះការការពារ និងលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ហើយបានសម្តែងការកោតសរសើរចំពោះការចូលរួម និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការបច្ចេកទេសជាបន្តបន្ទាប់របស់ការិយាល័យ OHCHR ក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការពង្រឹងសិទ្ធិមនុស្សស្របតាមអាទិភាពជាតិរបស់ខ្លួន។ ** ** On the morning of 10 July 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from Her Excellency Matilda Bogner, at the Ministry. During the meeting, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister extended a warm welcome to Her Excellency Matilda Bogner and congratulated her on her appointment as the new OHCHR Representative to Cambodia. Both sides highly commended the constructive partnership and long-standing cooperation between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the OHCHR, as reflected in the Office’s presence in Cambodia since 1993, making it the longest-standing OHCHR country office in the world. Her Excellency Matilda Bogner expressed her deep appreciation for the close and fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. She also informed His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister of the OHCHR's readiness to continue close collaboration with relevant Cambodian ministries and institutions to contribute to capacity building efforts and provide technical assistance in accordance with the needs and priorities of the Royal Government of Cambodia. His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed Cambodia’s steadfast commitment to the protection and promotion of human rights, and expressed his appreciation for the OHCHR’s continued engagement and technical cooperation in support of Cambodia’s efforts to strengthen human rights in line with its national priorities.
