**If the energy market disruptions caused by the ongoing US-Israeli war in Iran last for more than one year, they could reduce the economic growth of developing nations in Asia and the Pacific by up to 1.3% in 2026-2027, while increasing inflation by 3.2%, according to new research from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
