ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ែន សុវិជាតិ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសស្តីពីការជ្រើសរើសកសិផលសាកល្បង (Pilot Product) ដើម្បីពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពរៀបចំពិធីសារអនាម័យនិងភូតគាមអនាម័យ ឬការទទួលស្គាល់ទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងបណ្តាប្រទេសនៃមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ … (រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ប៉ែន សុវិជាតិ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងវិនិយោគ (WGTI) សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសស្តីពីការជ្រើសរើសកសិផលសាកល្បង (Pilot Product) ដែលមានតំណាងចូលរួមពីក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពរៀបចំ ពិធីសារអនាម័យនិងភូតគាមអនាម័យ ឬការទទួលស្គាល់ទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងបណ្តាប្រទេសនៃមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីវាយតម្លៃលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២របស់ក្រុមការងារ WGTI ពិភាក្សាពីការជ្រើសរើសកសិផលដែលមានសក្តានុពលនាំចេញដើម្បីកំណត់ជា Pilot Product របស់កម្ពុជា និងពិភាក្សាការងារត្រៀមសម្រាប់បន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយបណ្តាប្រទេសជាសមាជិក GMS។ ឯកឧត្តមប្រធានអង្គប្រជុំ បានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យក្រុមការងារបន្តអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពរបស់ក្រុមការងារ និងរាយការណ៍ពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាចំពោះមុខដើម្បីចូលរួមដោះស្រាយប្រកបដោយស្មារតីបុរេសកម្ម។ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ឱ្យរៀបចំបញ្ជីផលិតផលសាកល្បងដើម្បីពន្លឿនដល់ការអនុវត្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការការទទួលស្គាល់ទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងបណ្តាប្រទេសនៃមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ។ - - - His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, led a technical meeting on selecting pilot product to examine the feasibility of protocol on sanitary and phytosanitary or mutual recognition arrangement in the Greater Mekong Subregion … (Phnom Penh): On Wednesday afternoon, 7 October 2026, His Excellency PENN Sovicheat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and lead of the Working Group on Trade and Investment (WGTI) for Cambodia, led a technical meeting on selecting pilot product with participation of representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries to examine the feasibility of protocol on sanitary and phytosanitary or mutual recognition arrangement in the Greater Mekong Subregion. The meeting was held with aims at review and evaluate the outcomes of the second meeting of WGTI, discuss on selecting potential product for export in listing pilot product, and identify way forward for further cooperate among the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) countries. The chair encouraged the working group to continue implementing action plan and to report any challenges encountered in order to facilitate their resolution in a proactive manner.
