2026年5月4日，柬埔寨数字技术学院（CADT）在金边接待了由法国格勒诺布尔-阿尔卑斯大学（UGA）校长亚辛·拉克内奇（Yassine Lakhnech）教授率领的代表团。双方就深化数字技术领域的战略伙伴关系进行了会谈。

Phnom Penh: On May 4, 2026, the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) hosted a delegation led by Professor Yassine Lakhnech, President of the University of Grenoble Alpes (UGA), France, to discuss the further strengthening of their strategic partnership in digital technology. The collaboration between CADT and UGA, particularly with the Grenoble INP engineering school, has been a robust and high-impact partnership since 2018.
Through this cooperation, Cambodian students and officials have received scholarships to pursue advanced studies in France. Moving forward, the CADT and UGA are exploring additional collaborative projects for the future.
Furthermore, CADT proposed expanding this cooperation to include visiting professors for new programs in Cybersecurity and Satellite Communications to meet Cambodia's growing digital infrastructure needs.
