Requirement :
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in NGO, Recruitment agency operations, Operation Coordinating Field are
Preferable
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding or giving advice to team members (approx. 5–10 staff).
- Languages: Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic recruitment database/CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, negotiation skill
