**New Kampong Speu logistics complex tipped to attract investors**
Economists and business insiders have described the presence of the upcoming Phnom Penh Logistics & Industrial Complex (PPLC) as a “magnet” that will help encourage greater foreign direct investment in the country in the future. Cambodia currently has nearly 40 special economic zones (SEZs) in operation.
