On 25 November 2025, the Asian Vision Institute (AVI), in collaboration with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Cambodia, officially launched the publication “Cambodia-EU Relations: Towards Comprehensive and Inclusive Partnership” at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh.
The launch highlighted the historical trajectory, current state, and future outlook of Cambodia-EU relations. Both sides emphasized the importance of shared values, rules-based cooperation, sustainable development, and inclusive growth in strengthening long-term partnership between Cambodia and the European Union.
