Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI) Minister Hem Vanndy, yesterday received a delegation from the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), led by Vimal Mahendru, IEC Vice President and Chairman of the IEC Standardisation Management Board, to discuss advancing Cambodia’s participation in international standardisation and strengthening technical cooperation.
