Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Hem Vanndy and European Union Ambassador to Cambodia Igor Driesmans yesterday met with five Cambodian recipients of the European Global Gateway Scholarship in Water Professions at the ministry, encouraging them to make the most of their studies in Europe and return to help strengthen Cambodia’s water sector.
