With $279 million in loans from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) Tuesday reported steady progress in expanding the Nirodh Water Treatment Plant (Nirodh Plant), adding 200,000 cubic metres of daily capacity to meet growing household and business demand by 2030.
